The single-story accommodation is bright, clean and air and has recently been decorated.
The
spacious kitchen and living areas are separated by oak units to floor and ceiling ending in a feature brick pillar.
The double bedroom contains a wardrobe and drawers and plenty of space for a cot. The shower room
contains a quadrant shower cubicle with an electric shower and recently installed sanitaryware.
Features and Facilities
The cottage is centrally heated and electricty
is included. The use of a patio and garden for enjoying the weather and barbeques is available.
The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob,
microwave oven, toaster and fridge / freezer.
The roomy lounge area includes a comfy sofa-bed,
TV (with freeview), DVD player, radio and CD player.
If required, a cot and camp-bed are also available.
Parking for one car is on-site.
